Now that the snow is slowly starting to melt (let’s keep our collective fingers crossed), and the first signs of spring are beginning to bud, it’s a good time to for those of us selling our homes to prepare for the increase of traffic from potential buyers and “looky-loos” alike.  One very important way to create that all important “first impression” is by staging simple details, setting a mood that will help tell the story of each room in your home.

This week we will take a “walk-through” five areas of the home, starting with the front porch/door. Choose any of these simple tips from HGTV’s host of “The Unsellables“, Sofie Allsopp to set the mood you want that will have you posting that “sold” sign in no time.
