• 1 whole grain baguette
• 8 whole eggs
• 8 egg whites
• 2 cups low fat milk
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/3 cup of REAL maple syrup
• 2 cups blueberries – fresh or frozen
• 1/3 cup of sliced almonds
• 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
