Blogs We Dig: Design*Sponge

Design Inspiration

Ever had that “ooooh!” kind of sensation, that flash of excitement and inspiration…creatively speaking? I sure did when I happened upon today’s “Blogs We Dig”, Design*Sponge. Founded by Brooklyn-based writer, Grace Bonny, the prolifically design-centered site, dubbed by the New York Times as a “Martha Stewart Living for the Millennials”, is not only sopping with design and decor ideas, it also soaks the reader in accessible extravagance…sponge, please?

Three things we DIG:

1. Accessibly extravagant before & afters…

with large, editorial quality photos, time and cost information, and basic project instructions that’ll leave you saying “I can do that!”

2. Creative and purposeful DIY projects…

to challenge your craftiness, ignite your creative energy and jump-start your turn at operating those garage dust-collecting tools like your electric sander and drill.

3. Entertainment ideas you can do at home…

from theme parties and decorations to sumptuous food and drink recipes so you can share the love with friends and family.
