A white, blank piece of paper is to a writer, as a plain, empty, uninspired room is to a designer/DIYer; they’re both quite daunting. No worries! Sometimes, the best way to “get out of our heads”, is to get out of our homes and walk in nature. She offers all we need when it comes to color, texture, patterns, and more…like how we can see the potential of a simple, beautiful flower transformed into a spectacular textile, resulting in something amazing like this newly reupholstered modern-vintage chair. Mother nature is quite a design guru.
