Hipster Mid-Century Mod Hotel, Baby!

Design Inspiration

You’ll miss it if you blink. The entrance to the Parker Hotel in Palm Springs, California, a desert Hollywood hot spot, is surrounded by 20 foot hedges standing sentry, maintaining an exclusive privacy for visiting guests. Once you find your way inside, there’s a time-warp shift that happens as you stroll through the quirky, mod and boutique chicness of the place; from the two knights in shining armor, psychedelic artwork, and  hip-retro decor, to the winding labyrinth of bougainvillea-lined walking pathways, sitting nooks, and garden fountains. Take just a peak and tour this hipster’s lobby for an inspirational look-back into what’s very now in design.
