Ah, it’s the kind of sunny, airy space in our home that allows us to exhale, invites us to cozy up on one of its comfy chairs to read, and a place where the bottom of a shoe should never touch. This 1929 Southhampton home was ambitiously remodeled by Tory Burch, whose love of design and antiques inherited by her parents is apparent and felt deeply in this room of the day. The design approach was to infuse natural elements like grass woven furniture, layered patterns, and a mixed pallet of neutrals and pops of blue and green colors. Through a mélange of furniture and accessory mediums, nature is eclectically reflected in this window surrounded space, giving the visitor an elegant and civilized way to enjoy the outdoors.
