How to Make an Acorn Autumn Tree Centerpiece

How-To
Autumn acorn tree centerpiece for all season long!

Autumn acorn tree centerpiece for all season long!

It’s a wonderful thing when Mother Nature provides us with art supplies – in today’s case, autumn’s emblematic nut, the acorn. Today’s how-to crafting project takes these fallen oak tree kernels and dresses them up in glitter, then places them center stage as a decorative holiday show piece to be enjoyed all season long.

Like the apple, the acorn doesn’t fall far from the tree!

Acorn Autumn Tree Centerpiece Supplies:

• acorns

• foam cone

• spray paint (autumn color – we used Rust-oleum’s Sienna Mist)

• Mod Podge

• paint brush

• autumn colored glitter

• hot glue gun

• clear glitter spray – (we used Krylon Glitter Shimmer)

• autumn leaf (real or faux)
